his doing very well actually

its been good 3 - 4 hours now, and shows no sign of being in pain or anything like that,

i called just about every single vet around my area within the 10 mile radius, they basicly told me, its not really serious, a few told me to give him 2tps of peroxide or just keep a good eye on him for the next 24 hours, if he starts vomiting or out of energy its good to bring him in, other than that they basicly told me just close watch on him,

at the moment his doing really good and his running around like wild beast

thanks again guys, i really appreciate all the help,

Oh my mistake, I thought you meant he ate it a week ago, not that the soup had been out a week. Remember, if you give them peroxide they will vomit, but I don't think I would try to get him to vomit, from what I've read, it's dead maggots that can be toxic, and since you saw one swimming, it probably means the one he ate was alive too. Best of luck!
