Is this a yorkie?
I would say 'yes'. They are very loyal and loving (sometimes attached to one person in particular in the household), but feisty and headstrong. My yorkie is 7 months and follows me EVERYWHERE. She moves from room to room when I do. She's very energetic as well. Loves to play and run around. But mine loves to snuggle as well, especially when she's tired. She'll sleep on my lap or on the bed with me.

It sounds like you have a pretty good idea what the breed is about...
