I trained Sadie inside on pee pads since we lived in DC when I got her. I didn't want us to be outside late at night by ourselves. Yorkies are difficult ones to potty train anyway you do it, but inside can be very convenient once they are trained. I did not kennel train but have heard this is the best way to potty train them even when using pee pads. Now Sadie can go anywhere with me and I don't have to worry about taking her out to go potty.
