I would train outside now while its warm out. Eventually she will start to go as soon as you take her out so by the time its winter you won't be standing out there forever waiting for her. This is what i did with mine. I got her in july at 13 weeks and we immediately started pottying outside no matter what the weather. I carried her outside to the spot i wanted her to use and set her down. She had a 4 ft leash on so she couldn't go very far from me. I stood in one spot and she only had that little area to go in. As soon as she peed or pooped she got a treat. She learned very quickly but there were times i stood out there in the rain for 30 minutes before she would pee. By winter, even in the deep snow, she was running out there real fast, peeing/pooping, and then running back inside.
