IMO, if you had a bad experience and the other party is not willing to work it out, then I think you should post.
That is really frustrating. I hope that you are able to get your money back. Can you find any other way to contact the company? Phone? I am sure you have looked. I would be upset, too! Poor Thor can wear something that wears MORE than him!
