I have all boys, so I have no clue on dresses. I can ask them to ask their gf though, if you like.
I have always tried to buy quality dogs, and paid accordingly. I would rather save up like you did to buy one than get a cheap one. I think it is just too risky. These people that buy the cheap dogs have no idea what they are getting into.
