I have owned my Yorkie who is the love of my life since she was a puppy. She is 9 months old and weighs 3 pounds. Everytime she runs around playing she makes a snorting type noise. Is this normal or is there a problem ??

She has never had a collar or anything around her neck so with her being the love of my life I want to make sure she is in great health.

I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS
