It is very normal to notice new baby teeth at that age. They should all be in by 10-12 weeks. Then 4 -6 months they lose at least their first tooth maybe more. They will colntinue to lose teeth. Sometimes all the baby teeth dont come out and adult teeth come in with the baby teeth still there forming a double row of teeth. A vet then needs to take the baby teeth out so food and plaque doesnt get inbetween the teeth and cause problems. Also if the baby teeth havent came out by 1 yr old they need to be removed. Most people just have the vet remove any baby teeth that are left at the time of the spay/neuter so their yorkie doesnt have to go through anesthia twice.
