Try Dr. Noys Tiny Dog toys with replacable squeakers. If Hollee is an only dog you may have to demonstrate by putting the toy on the floor, you getting down on all fours and USING YOUR MOUTH, pick up the toy hold it where she can see it and make it squeek. Put the toy down and encourage her to do the same. You might even "bait the toy" by putting a favorite treat on and/or under it.
