I'm needed a brief overview of the different teething stages a puppy goes through. Right now she's 7 weeks and it seems like she might have gotten a few new teeth overnight last night. Could that be possible? When will she have all her teeth in and not just gums? Do they get baby teeth first and then adult teeth later just like human babies?

Any information you can find for me would be great.
