 We need Help Please!!
Hello everybody..
Please I need help from anyone in UK as I donīt know the Law here or how to act.
4 months ago we bought a puppy from a pet shop in London but the puppy died 5 days later, we have the receipts from the vet and the pet shop.
The Pet shop promised us another puppy but until now we are still waiting.
Now the time is passing by and we really would like our money back but the pet shop refuses to do that.
Waiting months and months for a puppy is our only option or we can make them give our money back?
we appreciate any help
