PANACUR-C is a safe de-wormer to give to preggo mom's and can be given for days in a row. For three days it kills most worms and one kind of tapeworm.
For 5 days or more it gets rid of Gyardia too.
It does not kill the tape worm they get from "fleas".
Other than that i do not know of any other de-wormer you can give a preggo girl. Just a lot of love and maybe a tooth brushed?
