OHHHH OK I see. And I too hate the paper issue.
Well I don't know I'm interested in what other people have to say about this though. I have noticed with Austin it depends on the treat. If its just a cheerio yeah I aint getting nothing or I won't get it as quick. But his wagon tail chicken treats gets him very motivated. Or even sometimes a toy exchange. Anything to distract him for one second so I can get him close enough to pick him up and take it back. TV remote and Cell phones are the hardest to retrieve back from him.
I did spend a lot of time with "give to me" regarding his toys first just so he could understand if I want it I want it. NO matter what it is. I'll wait like you to see what more experienced yorkie owners have to say about this......... |
