Yes, it is the hardest decision ever. i also had a female that had a c-section and on her second litter she delivered 3 natural babies.
Specially harder because as much as we try to "pin point" the date we only have the first "tie" date, not the actual ovulation...

That is the reason i placed the thread, to see what other's experiences are.

The other female ended up being spayed before she had another litter, 2 was good enough.. i do not over breed anyways. 2 or 3 litters and retirement...

She is 5 pounds, now she is over 6.0 and have a huge belly so both me and the vet are thinking that she does have more puppies, we just could not see it. I usually do Xrays 2 times anyways just to be sure, an earlier one around 50 to 52 days and another at day 60 or so... to see the positioning !
