Hmm, that breeder doesn't sound very responsible if they're not taking care of that problem. I first saw my Bailey at 7 weeks and she was healthy. When I went back to pick her up at 10 weeks the breeder said she had a little rash on her belly, but she gave me a bottle of medicated shampoo to help deal with it. It seems like you're breeder is not willing to spend any money on the puppies' well being.
