OMG Ann,
She absolutely quivers when dh walks into the room! she is TOTAL daddy's girl and he is loving it! She likes me ok and wants to sit in my lap if his isn't available but boy does she ditch me fast when he comes in. LOL
Gracie weighed in at 5lb 4oz. but the vet used that big old step-on scale that all dogs use. I bet if she had used baby scales she would have come in under 5 lbs. She is very long and her legs are also very long but her little feet are so delicate-looking! If/When she gains weight I'm sure she will be wearing a small but right now she is wearing XS's.
Her spay went well. Tiny little incision and just a bit of bruising. She seems to be fairly comfy.
I can't thank you enough for your advice about the flea allergy. After 2.5 weeks we have removed the pj's and she isn't biting at her back and hind quarters. She is, however chewing on her toe nails. Go figure. I imagine they are a bit sore because the vet cut them to a normal length while she was anesthetized and I'm sure she cut into the quick. Those nails were soooo long!
