Hi, my little Lexie out of the blues started throwing up, yellow foamy stuff a while back, the next day soft stools mixed with blood, then just the d. I took her to the vet, paid quite a bit, the antibiotic she was given took care of the problem after 2 rounds of it, the vet said she may have had a bacterial infection. Probably from the flossies I had given her, which she loved but they don't love her tummy.
She is a very picky eater, I was putting baby food in her dry kibble, we switched from chicken soup to california naturals, which she hated, even with the chicken baby food on it, we moved to wellness but still had to cover it with canned meat. I started giving my 3 Honest Kitchen preference formula just to see if they liked it, I have not even added the meat yet, they Love it!, it smells good, and apparently tastes good to them.
When I had them on California naturals I had found that the lamb formula had some type of animal hair sticking out of the dry kibble , so I am happy to have found something where I can add the meat, I know where it came from, no by products involved, or other stuff to worry about, I cook it myself and add it to the honest kitchen preference formula.
I would say give the honest kitchen a try, they will send you samples.

If you want to continue with your dry kibble then adding some wet food may entice your furbaby or try the chicken baby food on the dry kibble. Good luck
