She had the girl I purchased for sale on a website, according to Ms. Ledbetter she had sold her to a breeder friend of hers. I ask Ms. Ledbetter if she would send me the dog that I was suppose to have for 2 weeks so I can interact with her and see how she would get along with the rest of they family (my dogs are not in kennels they are part of the family) then I would ship which ever one I chose to the other breeder. Ms. Ledbetter said this was unacceptable. Ms. Ledbetter agreed to refund my money on C.J. and pay me the difference in what I paid for "Lindy" and what she got for her (a price that changed more than once).
After not hearing from her I e-mailed her to see if she was going to keep her word and she informed me she wasn't and she turned everything over to her attorney. |
