I've heard you should clip the hair on the inside of the ear. And it probably wouldn't hurt to trim the ears up either. Idk if I would reccomend you doing it yourself. Chloe's were like that when she was 3 months also. I was worried they wouldn't come up. Haha, one came up and the other one is down and she is 9 months old. I never clipped her ears or did anything with her fur until she was about 6 months. And recently we cut all her baby fur off so she looks like a big girl now! LOL! I love it!!
