you can only teach her human manners. Only other dogs can teach her dog manners. apparently, she is lacking in these! My 5 pounder regularly jumps on my 95 pounder growling and playing like he was a litter mate...but my 20 pound yorkie puts him straight, with a snarl and a snap most times.
You have to let her learn what is NOT acceptable (ie, hyper!) behavior and only another do can do this. if you trust that dog, let it happen...
