Yes, how old is she?

I doubt she's an outcast, ha ha. It might be the hyperness. When you say other dogs hate her, how do they show this? Maybe she just needs to meet some mellow adults.

Also... it is possible that maybe she is a rude puppy. It's not her fault, she's young. A lot of adult dogs correct rude puppies, and dogs tend to be not so tactful with corrections. With an adult dog you trust, I would probably let them correct her so she learns what is expected of her.

Also, maybe she just needs to meet some more puppies! When was she taken from her mother?
