i do know someone who takes their Yorkie for this kind of thing but am not sure where in the Lower Mainland. I can find out and get back to you.
The agility part, ramps, jumps etc., you don't want to do that part until your pup is over a year old. Too young is too hard on their joints and they can do themselves an injury.
Basic obedience would be ok but not agility.
