It's so sad to here that. I never imagine that you can find puppies in the flea market. That's new for me. I don't know if there any law in Virginia that protect animals from people like that. I will check laws in Virginia for curiosity and knowledge. Also, I will see if there any puppy mill in Virginia Beach flea market.
