That's regular here in miami.In fact, you rarely see people jogging with shirts , etc. Since most of them have nice bodies. I don't mind that, what I do mind is...obese people running in a sports bra or fat men running with no shirts >.< && people who don't clean up after they've used the machines @ the gym. Yuck!
