So we take the girls to the park last night for a little walk in some new scenery. We're walking along and everything is just peachy until Megan decides she doesn't want to go the way we want to go...so...she contorts herself into some kind of modified summersault and backed right out of her step-in harness!
Now, this harness was snug...so snug in fact that just before our walk I told Larry we need to get her the next size up so I know it wasn't because it was loose. I turned around just in time to get hold of her and we got her back in the harness but I didn't take my eyes off of her for the rest of our walk.
I won't use a collar for walking. Is there another kind of harness I can use that she won't be able to back out of? I was thinking something like the leather ones they put on harness racing horses...you know...they go around the chest, belly, front legs, back legs, hips...you get the picture!
