Default Throwing up everything, but is acting normal

My yorkie, Chuck (9 years old, 11lbs) has been throwing up just about everything he eats for the past 2 days. Yet he is acting just fine, he doesn't act sick. He's still energetic, wants to play, and he still wants food.

He's had pancreatitis twice in the past 2 years. But I don't think that's it because he's not showing the same symptoms. I called the ER vet and she said it sounds like it could be a bowel obstruction. Both his #1 and #2 look normal when I take him out. But the last time I took him out, he tried to go #2, and it was like he thought he went even though he didn't go at all. Nothing came out.

Has anyone else experienced their dog having a bowel obstruction? If so, did they act lethargic or normal? If he doesn't get better by tomorrow I'm taking him to the vet.
