Animal Smiley 036 Novice breeder needs your knowledge

I guess I shouldn't describe myself as a breeder, I own the sire and dam and this is their third and last litter, both have appointments to get spayed/neutered. Here's my question, one of the puppies of this litter of 4 (they are 4 weeks old tomorrow, 2 boys and 2 girls) has white on her face, tips of her paws, and a little more on her chest than the usual strip. I have included pictures of her and the sire and dam. The sire and dam are both AKC registered. My groomer (who currently is breeding yorkies as well as several other breeds, she has 3 litters of yorkies right now) says she has never seen that much white on a yorkie and told me that either my sire or dam is not full bred. My vet says that it looks like they might carry the parti gene. Of my 3 litters, no puppy has had this much white. Anyone have opinions on whether they are possibly not full bred (even though they are AKC) or parti carrier.
