I would like to use a stain-repelling spray on London's canvas carrier bag and stroller. We use these things outdoors and want to keep them looking nice for years to come. I'm thinking a stain repellant would help mud and other outdoor stains come off easier with just a little wiping.
Primarily would spray the exterior, not the interior where she lays down. But she still might lick the sprayed exterior fabric sometimes.
Would a Scotchgard-type spray be dangerous for doggy in any way? Any other sprays you recommend?

I was thinking about getting new carpet and having scotchgard put on it just in case Lola was to have an accident.
