You'd be correct if a puppy had a grade 4 at 3 months. I don't cover LP even in puppies UNLESS in this case with NO questions asked after a 2nd opinion
Even in puppies under 6 months can injure themselves and cause LP but again a grade 4 it would be what I consider genetic and I would give you your money back with no problem.
