I'm sure she'll remember you. It's going to be harder on you
than it will be for her. It is too bad you don't have family there
to keep her. I would ask how often they will take her out of the crate.
Do you keep her in a crate now? She is small, but maybe you could ask for
a big crate, so she will have lots of room to play.
