it's what we advise the public when our department gets reports.

Oh cool, that's the site I reported it, I'm glad to know that isn't a fraudulent site too. I heard on the news the other day, that because of the economy, scammers are coming out of the woodwork, and people are move vulnerable to scams when they need money the most.
