I suppose I should have given more information. Sorry for that. I have 2 yorkies, a brother and a sister. My boy is spayed, and this is my little girls 2nd time in heat. She's is 17 months old and the stud is around 20 months old. He has been used approximately 5 times to stud with other females and has been successful yorks. As a matter of fact, the lady I got the stud from has 2 females pregnant by him right now (one was a surprise for her ). Bella is very interested now (she wasn't the first couple of days), and we now have noticed her mounting him and trying to hump him. He just growled at her and ran away. He sniffs her and is obviously checking on her, but he doesn't seem to want to mount her. We've left them alone for 2-3 hours yesterday and the day before. So, unfortunately we are unsure if they did the deed or not. I'd like to have one visual confirmation before sending him home. I could ask the lady if Bella could go to her house and see if it happens there. However, I'm unsure it's a good idea for her to go to a home with 2 pregnant females. I will suggest it to her though.

I am obviously a newby, but I've have done quite a bit of research....and this one has me a little stumped. We plan to keep two of the puppies and we have numerous family members and friends who are "fighting" over any left . I'm not sure I want to let anyone have them....
