Hi there - you're right in asking questions - and I'm no expert but with her only weighing 3 lbs - bought at a pet store and not eating or drinking - I would take her to the vet asap. It does sound like something isn't right and little puppies can go down fast....she needs to eat and drink. 'Warming up' isn't a diagnosis - it's someones way of blowing you off-
