I'm probably really bad - but I leet Bailey eat almost anything I do in addition to his food. And they're right - he's smart and wants my food more than his! I don't feed him from the table so he doesn't beg - but from the couch - look out! He's a BEGGAR!!! My vet said they need calories as active pups, just stay away from salty and really unhealthy stuff. Fruits and veggies are great!
Now I have a question... I use Science Diet canned puppy food. What do you guys recommend for a dry food. He doesn't really like the Science Diet dry stuff. Is it just cause he's spoiled or is there a yummy alternative that's healthy too? ~Kelley |
