I really think some dogs just like to eat poop. I don't necessarily think she is missing anything in her diet. I don't know of anything you could give her right now. After the pups are born be sure to have stool samples done on mom and babies when they are about 3 or 4 weeks old. I would worry that the cat poop might contain worms of some kind.
