* I set it on the automatic setting called TV (shutter priority) and manually set my speed to 1/500th
* I changed my ISO (digital equivalent of film speed) to 800
Thanks a bzillion!!! That's not confusing at all .... I am one of those idiots who has to learn by doing!!! Can't wait for daylight ... or the "sleepyheads" to wake up!! Maybe I could just set my camera .... get in just the right spot .... then scream "FIRE" and see what kind of action shots I can get!!!
