what medicine are you giving her; its best if she eats something before giving the meds or it will upset her stomach; believe me i have been there with my dog. it's great that she ate the wet food; at least it has some water in it because she can get dehydrated without water. giver her nutrical that will give her some vitamins and some sugar for energy. what kind of wet food are you feeding her? if it's different than what the store gave her then she will have upset stomach; any diareha or just vomiting?
i am surprised the vet is not concerned; did you stress that she's not eating and drinking for few days; because that's crucial and dangerous for the little one. you can also give her a little honey on your fingertip; that might increase her appetite and give her some energy; without food she can get hypoglycemia
