Her nips seem a bit smaller than Roxie's were at that point, but can you feel any kind of developing tissue beneath them?

they're a weird quality so hopefully you can see them ok. Roxie seriously had a belly full of poop or something, because it's pretty hard to see with all of her bowels in the way.
