Well, I couldn't wait! I had the xray done today instead
(actually, two, because she 'has a lot of bowel' and it was a little obstructive), luckily they had a few appointments open due to cancellations.
The good news is, she is indeed pregnant. Unfortunately there is only a singleton pup! The vet thought he saw two skulls but he couldn't be sure, even with the two xrays. There was only one visible spine. So, who knows, but I guess I'll just count on having one puppy. The number isn't what disappoints me, just the fact that singletons are larger. Her pelvis is a bit small so it's worrying to me. Vet said it looks as if the puppy will be able to pass safely thru, though.
They will be emailing the xrays to me. They said to wait about 24 hours, so hopefully I'll be able to post them tomorrow and you guys can share your opinions!
