How frustrating! I would be ticked too! I know it seems like a long road getting all the shots and through the first few vet visits but it will be worth it in the end. Roxie and Ryder both only go to the vets once year- unless its an emergency. It is such a hassle when they are young and need to be monitored so much, but you will soon be through this!
