I totally understand you, you should look for a new one, I'm looking for one too now, I don't like my vet, the didn't explain anything to me when jasmin was spayed, even I asked a lot, plus when you make n apoiment let's say, 2 pm, they take you in at 3.30, last time was the worst I made an apoiment for thursday and the put me on tuesday, so on Wednesday I stoped by to ask how much my bill was gonna be and the lady in the counter is telling me that I missed my apmt yesterday and I'm telling her I would never make an apmt tuesday cuz I work a long shift and I don't like to leave the dogs alone after they get their shots and this woman is giving me a huge attitud, like ohhhh I don't know if we can take you tomorrow and bs like that at the end she told me to be there at 2 pm and the bill will be around $300 (I was taking 3 dogs) so I showed up the next day at 2.30 with the 3 dogs in a really hot day( I walked there) and the same lady is telling me that I'm late and nobady can see me
....... What about all the times I waited more than one hour for them? There was nobody at the office just me..... I think she was just being mean, I don't want to go back there.... My bf took my dogs to a low cost clinic and he said the people there is amazing and helpful the only problem is that is to far for me..... They got their shots (and they gave him a lot inf about spaying) and was wayyy cheaper than my vet... Maybe you can check if there's any of this places close to you, I want to go back there but is just to far my bf was amazed with the service and help
