Marley and Colt both eat bully sticks and Marley loves to pass gas right in your face LoL It smells horrible. I am not sure about when baby teeth should be out but if or when you get him neutered they can take out the retained teeth if their are any. To answer your question, with my experience only, yes bully sticks give my two horrible gas LOL
