Default Vomitting and diarrhea.....

Ok, Bella has addisons disease. It causes lethargy, vomitting, diarrhea, shaking, etc. It is controlled by monthly injections and an oral medication.
I came home from work and Bella had been sick EVERYWHERE! She was due for her shot today, so I took her to the vet. I asked if they thought she should be seen or if the tech should just give the shot. They only had one vet on hand, mine was in surgery and then had to make a housecall.
The other vet said not much they could do as that is the disease They could just give the shot, see if she improves overnight or just run loads of tests. As I do know this is the disease, I said just give the injection (as I don't have hundreds to pay esp. if she is going to improve overnight). *Oh yeah,, then my vets personal assistant came out and said they were uncomfortable giving the shot as she is sick* I argued for her to have it and she finally got a hold of my vet and he agreed.
That was 4 1/2 - 5 hours ago. Still a little vomitting (bile I would say?). Should I give her a little tiny bit of rice and see how she does or just let her tummy completly rest overnight?
I'm just very stressed and it is hard to make even simple decisions. Please help.
Thanks!
