Have you tried keeping them shaved? Tobie is almost 8 months and his ears just started standing up but they do go up and down or only one up but they started standing after I trimmed a lot of the hair off. Tobie's have never been shaved but I have heard that it helps because the hair weighs the ear down. Just shave the top half of the ear or maybe even the top 3/4ths.
