Well, Halle hit the 7 weeks mark today (give or take a few days).
I must admit, this pregnancy has been driving me crazy with doubt. Even after seeing one puppy on the ultrasound, I have still often worried about whether or not she was truly pregnant. I'm not really sure why; maybe because we did only see one puppy and I was fearful of it being reabsorbed. Not ever having experienced a possible singleton pregnancy, I think I was also expecting too much too soon in more noticeable belly changes. But I am finally feeling a little more sure of the pregnancy the last few days. Halle's sides and belly are now continuously looking fuller, & earlier this afternoon I think I actually felt a solid lump (for just a second or two) that may have been a puppy!
Anyway, the 7 week mark means that it's belly picture time again!
For some reason beyond my understanding, Halle just doesn't get nearly excited about this as I do
. Still ever reluctant to lay on her back for a picture (even propped up with a pillow), I once again had to call on hubby for help. So, here she is!
