convince her that it's only for few months; she's your mother; if she can't help then who will. ask her nicely and tell her that you can provide her with some money or food while you're staying there; also maybe you can put jojo in a cage if she doesnt want him out; at least he will be with you. i bought a big enough cage for my dog; and she stays there while i am at work; she loves it; it's like her home; she goes to sleep there by herself when she's sleepy. check petco or petsmart for a playpen that you put him
