Default Vet visit: mild patella and elongated soft pallate

So my furbaby was at the vet yesterday to have baby teeth taken out and to microchip her. I took the opportunity to ask the vet some questions. She is 9 months old and I've seen her limped from her back legs once or twice. Also, sometimes she makes this noise with her throat expecially after being excited or have excersized.

The limping is a mild luxating patella and the noised an elongated soft pallate (I was worried at the possibility of a collapsing trachea). For both cases the vet told that at this point there is nothing to do. he said "don't worry about it because both things are very mild and it's not affecting her everyday life in mayor way"

I also found out she is 3.5 lbs?? at least that's what it says in the paper they gave me. I thought she was at least 6.5lbs so I'm about to call the vet to ask.

So I guess overall she is healthy.
