ok i feel your pain; this is exactly what happened to my dog when she was a puppy and we had to take her to the er because she ended up throwing up blood non stop; don't force feed her any dog food. you have to boil chicken or low fat hamburger and some rice; the rice with hold the stomach. no salt at all; salt triggers vomit. you have to feed her that bland diet for a good 2 months or until she gets better; i had to feed my dog for almost one year because she was in a bad shape. also make sure the vet gives her some IV fluids because most likely she's dehydrated. after she gets better introduce a high quality food like halo hollistic salmon or orijen puppy; nothing with high fat or corn or byproducts in it. just remember no do food for now; trying different foods is only going to keep upseting her stomach and will make her wose. good luck
