Your girl is much too young and too small have been bred, even if it was by accident. I know you're asking for advice, however the only advice I can offer is take care, have her x-rayed a week before her due date. You want to make sure she'll be able to deliver these pups naturally. She may require a C-section. Get your whelping supplies together; learn everything you can about whelping toy breeds. And schedule about 4 weeks off from work.
