I just had Maddie spayed. I waited until she was about 9 months to do it. She weighs 2lbs and 8 oz and she did very well. I am sure that your little girl would do fine just find a vet that has had experience with the smaller ones. There is no harm in waiting for her to gain a little more weight.

I know that there are a few other YT'ers that have also spayed their little ones, with no problems. I would make sure to do all the bloodwork before hand. And take all the extra precautions durring sugery. I am so glad that I had Maddie spayed.
